Liz is a client-focused leader who excels at solving problems. As director of operations, her days are spent at the intersection of technical support, payment operations, fraud protection and anti-money laundering. With more than a decade of experience training managers at Darden Restaurants, Liz is adept at leading people, leveraging technology and developing processes to ensure that internal operations are aligned to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service. She graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science Prelaw from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.
